Claim Procedure

Step 1: Prepare the information or documents

 

Basic information

  • Policy number
    • An 10/11-digit alphanumeric combination that you may find in your policy

Supplementary information

  • Medical receipt
  • Pet insurance claim form with medical report completed by veterinarian
  • Pet's clinical examination report for insurance enrolment if you are making a claim for the first time
  • Records of all required vaccinations

 

Step 2: Complete the online claim form

 

  • Your contact details
  • Claimant details
  • Select the claim type and fill in the relevant information
  • Your bank account details
  • Upload supporting documents

 

Step 3: Submit

 

Upon completion, you will be assigned a tracking number. We will contact you shortly afterwards. You will also receive an email notification from us.

 

Step 4: Direct bank-in to your bank account

 

We will direct bank-in to your bank account once the submitted claim form has been approved.

  1. Incomplete claim forms cannot be accepted for processing of claims. 
  2. If insufficient space is provided for your answers, please continue on a separate sheet.
  3. We aim to settle your claim within 14 business days on receipt of full and complete documents including investigative reports, if any, to assess the claim.
