Notice of the Updated Personal Information Collection Statement (PICs)

At MSIG, we take our customers’ privacy very seriously. We adhere to a strict collection and usage policy when it comes to handling personal information that we hold about our customers.

We are pleased to announce that we have recently amended our PICs to reflect the new obligations as being a member of The Insurance Fraud Prevention Claims Database (IFPCD). The IFPCD is held and managed by The Hong Kong Federation of Insurers. MSIG will join the IFPCD from 1 April 2019 and we are required to share certain data about claims made against policies held with MSIG.
