MSIG Wetland Adventure Guided Tour 2024

As part of our commitment to protecting biodiversity, we recently took part in a Wetland Adventure Guided Tour tour at Hong Kong Wetland Park (HKWP), joined by 13 colleagues and their family members, including our CEO, Mr. Philip Kent, on 19 October 2024.

The day began with a guided tour, where we learned about HKWP's background, wetland preservation, diverse plant life, and wildlife species, including the Pui Pui and the Little Egret -   a common resident waterbird in Hong Kong found year-round in various wetlands, such as freshwater marshes and intertidal mudflats.

Following the tour, we engaged in a weeding activity within the restricted preservation zone. This hands-on experience not only enhanced our understanding of ecological integrity but also contributed to improving water quality and preserving ecosystems.

Overall, it was a day of adventure and learning that reinforced our dedication to biodiversity protection. Stay tuned for more updates on our green activities!
