MSIG x Partnership with HK Wetland Park 2023

As part of our long-standing commitment to protecting biodiversity, we always collaborate with different NGO partners. We are proud to have collaborated with the Hong Kong Wetland Park (HKWP) for a one-year Corporate Community Service Programme.

Through this initiative, we sponsor admission tickets for underprivileged families and groups to visit the park, fostering a sense of community inclusiveness and promoting sustainable development. In addition, 14 of our colleagues serve as volunteer guides, promoting wetland conservation and sharing their expertise with park visitors.

Furthermore, we recently embarked on a nature biodiversity adventure to HKWP with a team of our colleagues and volunteer guides. The day started with a hands-on park tour, allowing our volunteer guides to refresh their knowledge on wetland preservation, bird species, plant life, and the Pui Pui crocodile.

Following the tour, we also participated in HKWP's inaugural tree learning workshop. With the guidance of experts, we developed into "Tree Specialists," gaining proficiency in species identification, height measurement, and assessing overall tree health. This workshop proved to be a valuable opportunity for us to enhance our knowledge and skills in tree preservation.

Overall, the day was filled with adventure and learning, reinforcing our commitment to biodiversity protection and inspiring environmental awareness for a brighter future.
