MSIG partners with travel influencer Jarvis Chow to launch new “iTravel Go” promotion campaign: ‘Travel with Confidence, Travel with Heart’

Under the slogan “Travel with Confidence, Travel with Heart”, the campaign features Jarvis Chow – award-winning host and popular travel personality – as the product ambassador. 

Through a multi-channel strategy spanning television programmes and commercials, online videos and digital platforms, MSIG aims to galvanise its leadership in the travel insurance market, and to establish iTravel Go as its flagship personal insurance offering. 

A shared-values partnership with TVB: Exploring Life through Jarvis’s Don’t You Know Life is a Journey

The campaign’s primary target audience is the younger generation and families who share a passion for travel and value flexible exploration. Jarvis’s well-established public profile as a professional and credible travel expert will build trust and resonate with the audience. 

A key highlight of the campaign is MSIG’s title sponsorship of the new TVB travel programme Don’t You Know Life is a Journey, in which Jarvis will visit various cities across Mainland China and Asia to discover the stories of different individuals, exploring their life choices and attitudes. This mission aligns perfectly with MSIG’s commitment to protecting every unique journey in life. Throughout the programme, Jarvis will demonstrate how iTravel Go caters to the flexible and resilient travel styles of modern explorers while sharing essential travel insurance tips. Don’t You Know Life is a Journey consists of 10 episodes and will air at 10:30pm from Monday to Friday between 18 and 29 May 2026 on TVB Jade.

Another highlight of the campaign is a 30-second commercial starring Jarvis. In the video, he is about to embark on his trip, only to have his companions drop out for various reasons despite all bookings and insurance being in place. This scenario introduces three key protections offered by iTravel Go, providing flexibility for flash-trips and reinforcing the campaign slogan “Travel with Confidence, Travel with Heart”:

  1. Cancellation of Journey for Any Reason – By purchasing insurance within 7 days of booking the trip, travellers may receive up to 50% compensation for flight and hotel expenses, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
  2. MSIG Easy Lounge Service – Where a flight is delayed by 60 minutes or more, travellers can enjoy free access to over 1,700 designated airport lounges worldwide, including during flight connections.
  3. Electronic Device Loss or Damage Protection – Coverage includes mobile phones, tablets, laptops and more.

Omni-channel launch across Hong Kong on 18 May 2026

The campaign commercial will officially launch on 18 May 2026 across television, YouTube, the myTVSuper digital platform and leading social media outlets. It will also be featured on large-scale outdoor digital screens in high-traffic areas such as Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui, Mong Kok and Jordan, ensuring a comprehensive online and offline presence that captures the city’s attention.
