MSIG Chat Service (“Chat Service”) is provided by MSIG Insurance (Hong Kong) Limited (“MSIG”). Chat Service aims to assist you with your general enquiry and does not constitute any offer for any insurance products or services. MSIG does not intend to provide insurance opinion or advice. Re-distribution of any part of the content to any third party by any means without the permission of the data subject/data user (where applicable) is not recommended and MSIG shall not be held liable for the use of or reliance on such content.
If you provide your personal data voluntarily on this platform, the Chat Service content (including any personal information provided by you) may be transmitted to and stored by MSIG and its service providers.
