MSIG garners Silver Award at the Asia eCommerce Awards 2021

We are honoured to be presented with the Silver Award for the “Best in eCommerce (Brands) – Banking/Finance Services” at the Asia eCommerce Awards 2021. This accolade affirms our efforts to provide digital innovations for the convenience of our customers.

Our one-stop e-commerce site and mobile app – MSIG App – enables our clients to apply for insurance and manage their existing policies, while taking part in our MSIG$ reward programme. Together, they help deliver the excellent service experience our customers expect, as well as offer generous incentives to our members. We have also launched “EASY Claims”, an online portal that supports claim submissions for all lines of the insurance business. It streamlines the claims process, and makes it faster, simpler and more efficient.
