MSIG garners digital awards

We are delighted to announce that we have been recognised for 3 awards for our innovative digital solutions. The winning stories for each award are as follows:


The first is our Gold award for “Best Loyalty Programme – Finance and Insurance” at Marketing magazine’s Loyalty & Engagement Awards 2020. This award celebrates the best loyalty and engagement campaign designed to attract, retain and appreciate an organisation’s biggest advocates – its customers and employees. MSIG’s innovative member loyalty scheme, and different engaging programmes on the MSIG mobile app, enabled us to outpace competition from regional and global insurance industry players, and take the top spot in the category.

The second award we garnered was the “Insurance Initiative of the Year – Hong Kong” at the Insurance Asia Awards 2020. This event honours leading insurance companies’ exceptional initiatives and solutions. We received the award for developing our customer-centric mobile app and all-in-one mobile platform, which gives customers a hassle-free, personalised user experience.

The third award we received was Silver award at the DigiZ Awards 2020 in the “Best Design App” category. This event was also hosted by Marketing magazine, and seeks to showcase the brilliance of digital marketing campaigns and celebrate the region’s top digital marketers with their cutting-edge digital strategies. Our MSIG mobile app was considered one of the best entries by the judging panel. Its innovative design, engaging content and easy navigation have enhanced user experience and increased app engagement. Customers can now enjoy a seamless digital experience anytime, anywhere. 

These awards are testimony to the innovation of MSIG. With our efforts in digitalisation, we have been able to showcase our most recent achievements and persuade several judging panels of our expertise in the digital space.
