- Do not admit liability or offer promise or payment to the third party without our prior approval.
- Do not answer any questions concerning claims of the third party until further notice from us.
Gather supporting documents
To facilitate the processing of your claim, please submit the following supporting documents to us:
- Copy of all documents you have received relating to the claim
- Claims or writs of summons or legal documents, if any
- Colour photographs showing the scene of the accident and the extent of damage or injury
Submit to us within 30 days
Complete the claim form.
Submit your completed claim form and all relevant documents within 30 days from the date of accident/discovery through the online platform or by post to:

- Incomplete claim forms cannot be accepted for processing of claims.
- It is important that a complete answer be given to every question. If insufficient space is provided for your answers, please continue on a separate sheet.
